- 1 Watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime & lime
- 2 large Oranges
Cut the watermelon into cubes and place in blender.
Squeeze the oranges and add the fresh orange juice to the blender.
Blend until smooth and strain the juice, ensuring there are no seeds left.
Pour the juice into a serving jug
Peel and thinly slice the lemon and lime - add to mix*
Add the mint to the jug and stir
Put in fridge for at least 2 hours**
Serve cold (optional: with ice***) & enjoy!
***
* The lemon and lime should sit in the juice so it can infuse its flavour - keep it in the jug even when you're serving (as pictured above).
** This will allow time for the mint and lemon & lime to infuse the water
*** You could freeze some Watermelon and make your own ice cubes rather so the juice is not watered-down. I tried using Raspberries but they didn't work well.
